It's a must-have program for all users of MS Outlook, I hope you will:
a/ - add some more tips - i've found all I need in "get started", but would really appreciate more info in "tips of the day"
b/ - think about some program customization, i'm not sure what i'd like to have for this but some editable profiles for data columns would help!
