Can I add comments?

Hello,

I’d like to be able to comment on this or that task. Sometimes I need to note why it was delayed or jot down some ideas. It would be convenient to insert some text in the task list. Is there a way to do it using Outlook Task?

You can do it using Outlook Task function “Export to HTML with comments” in “File” menu. You can add one or two comments for each task if you like – a top one and a bottom one. If you decide to modify the report template, please note, that <comment1> is the tag for the top comment and <comment2> - for the bottom one. Once you have added comments, you can do whatever you like with your report – send by e-mail, print or add to archive.
