Hello,

First of all thank you for your program. I like strict order in everything I do and with Outlook Task I finally managed to see some structure in my task folder.
What I’d like to ask is this: can I fetch tasks related to a certain person. The reason I need this is one of my colleagues is going on vacation and will be away for a month or so. I’d like to finish all the tasks connected with him before he leaves. Can I make up such a list?

I see two possible steps to take here. The first one is fetch all the tasks which have this person (let’s call him Mr. B.) in the ‘associated contacts’ field. To do this make sure you tick Mr. B. in the associated contacts window in the Criteria of task selection dialog box.
The second thing you could do is search the tasks which have Mr. B. mentioned in the body text. For this you need to put his name in the Content window in the same dialog box. This will give you the right tasks even if for some reason Mr. B. wasn’t named as one of the associated contacts.
