Hello,
See, my boss wants to see what I was doing, say, from June 5 to June 13. How do I make such a report using Outlook Task? I don’t get it, because I need not only the tasks which I completed, but also those I didn’t start for example. How do I go about it?
Thanks,
Brian |

OK, I guess, the main problem here is to make sure you get the start dates correct. So, in your case you need to have all the tasks relating to a certain project that started before June 5. So while fetching tasks set the following parameters in the Fetch Tasks dialog box:
Start date - to June 5
Subject or Content – name of your project
Make sure you include Percent complete column in your results fields (select Fetch Tasks , then Options . In the Results Fields tab choose Percent complete ). That will show which stage of the task you’re on. |
