| I have a minor problem using Outlook Task. In my task list I have tasks related to similar subjects – for example, sales campaign, sales analysis, sales activities, etc. When I fetch tasks for one of these subjects, can I just type ‘analysis’ without having to retype ‘sales’ over and over again? I think I used to do it before and it worked, but now it doesn’t. What am I doing wrong? |

As I see it, the only thing that might be “wrong” here is that you are getting only the exact matches. There is a way to correct it. Select Fetch Tasks and see if there is a tick for Exact Match in the bottom right corner. If there is one, delete it. That’s all there is to it. Now if you type ‘analysis’, the list should contain all tasks related to ‘sales analysis’. Same goes for sales campaign and sales activities. Glad I could help :) |
