Hi there,
Here’s a question: today is the second day I’m trying the program. I can’t figure out those TODO lists. All I keep getting is a list of tasks with different due dates, which I then have to read over with a red marker and filter out those I need to do today for example. What’s the deal with those lists – is there some tip or something?

Thanks

Hi, Alan.

OK, the way to go here is this: select Fetch tasks , then Options . In the Results Fields tab you can set the columns which you need in your list. In the Sort order tab you can set the order of the columns by selecting them in the left window and clicking on the arrows. If you put Due date first, your tasks will be sorted according to the due date. That way you can have a TODO list for today or tomorrow.
Similar, by changing the first column you can have the lists sorted by category, status and even associated contacts.
Please note: this doesn't affect report, to change the report view you should change the report template.
